1. Single-Facer Corrugation Unit consists of reel stand,single-sided corrugated machine,paper sheet cutter etc..
2. The base paper holder can choosed LUM-A electric shaftless mill roll stand.
3. Corrugation machine can choosed LUM-A, corrugated roller diameter 270/280 mm.
4. Paper cutting way choose the single blade type.
5. Heating method can be choosed steam,electricity,liquefied petroleum gas,heat conduction oil heating system.
6. Type corrugated stare blankly can choose UV form A, B, C, E stare blankly.
7. Min. paper slitting width: 100 mm
8. Max paper cutting length: 300-2400 mm.
9. Max economic speed: 80 m/min ( Running speed is according to heating system of single facer.)
